Let’s take robotics outside the classroom and into the real world! In this 3-day LEGO Robotics Camp, students explore hands-on coding and engineering. Campers will learn how robots can be programmed to move, react, and solve challenges inspired by outdoor activities like games, parks, and recreation.
This camp focuses on movement, sensors, and programming logic, helping students understand how code controls real-world actions. Through building, testing, and improving their robots, campers see how programming can bring ideas to life—just like engineers do every day.
What Campers Will Do
Build robots designed for outdoor-style challenges
Program robots to move, turn, stop, and react
Use sensors and timing to complete tasks
Test programs, debug errors, and improve performance
Skills Built
Coding fundamentals and sequencing
Problem-solving and logical thinking
Engineering design process
Collaboration and communication
Confidence using technology
Designed for students in grades 5–8 (ages 10–14), this camp blends creativity, coding, and movement—showing campers that programming can power fun wherever we go!
To help your child stay energized and hydrated, please send them to summer camp each day with a snack and a refillable water bottle.
