In-Game: Build an operational petting zoo
Real World: Meet live animals
SCA’s single-day Minecraft camps are designed to spark creativity, teamwork, and organizational skills. In this session, teams will work together to design and build a fully operational zoo in Minecraft.
Campers will also step beyond the screen to meet live animals and participate in zoology-themed, hands-on activities, connecting digital play with real-world science.
SCA is a Step Up for Students (SUFS) Direct Pay Provider.
Families using SUFS scholarships can apply funds directly to SCA programs, including our Minecraft STEM camps.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Amount
More than 3 weeks before camp starts → Full refund minus a $50 admin fee
2–4 weeks before camp starts → 50% refund (or camp credit for future use)
Less than 2 weeks before camp starts → No refund (but consider allowing a transfer to another session if space allows)
EMA Direct-Pay Funds: Payments made using EMA direct-pay funds are non-refundable once processed. However, credit will be issued toward future classes.
Emergency & Medical Refunds
Full refund (or prorated refund if camp has started) for medical emergencies with a doctor’s note.
Behavioral Dismissals & Absences
No refund if a child is dismissed due to behavioral issues.
No refunds or make-up days for absences.
